PENSAMIENTO DEL DIA – 5 DE JULIO 2011


Como maestros de educación espiritual (Balavikas), debieran considerarla como una gran oportunidad y una tarea sagrada. Debieran intentarlo todo para enseñarle a sus alumnos con amor, paciencia y un corazón puro. Debieran superar la pereza. Deberán tratar a todos los niños que lleguen a ustedes con más afecto que el que le muestran a sus propios hijos. Los Gurus debieran ser ecuánimes y no discriminar a nadie por razones de casta, religión u otros aspectos similares. Debieran inculcarles la idea del servicio a los niños. Debieran enseñarles que, sea lo que fuere lo que coman, deben ofrendar el alimento primero a Dios. También debieran enseñar a los niños a conducirse con humildad frente a sus mayores. Como docentes, ustedes no habrían de ser egotistas. Cuando asoma el ego, no pueden ser un buen Guru. Por eso deberán hacer todo el esfuerzo que sea necesario por quedar libres de ego, por aprender su responsabilidad y cumplir con su deber.

As a spiritual education (Balavikas) teacher, you should regard imparting spiritual education as a great opportunity and a sacred task. You should make every attempt to teach the students with love, forbearance and with a pure heart. You should overcome laziness. You must treat all the children who come to you with more affection than you show to your own children. Gurus must have equal-mindedness and should not discriminate against anyone on the basis of caste, religion or such other aspects. You should inculcate the idea of service in the minds of the children. You should teach them that whenever they eat, they should offer the food to God first. You should also teach the children to conduct themselves with humility when they meet their elders. As a teacher, you should not be egoistic. When there is ego, you cannot be a good Guru. Therefore, you must make every attempt to be free of ego, to learn your responsibility and do your duty.

Nuestro Divino Señor es el último refugio.

Sucedió en Kodaikanal, un estudiante, junto con sus abuelos fueron con Bhagavan, junto con otros devotos. 

Swami estaba regresando ha Kodaikanal, a la casa de un devoto en la primera noche. 

Swami le preguntó a la abuela, "¿Quieres que tu marido te acompañe o permanezca conmigo?". 

Ella respondió: "Vamos a cumplir con la decisión de Swami ."

Después de la cena, todos los devotos fueron a la terraza para el descanso. 

De repente, el abuelo dijo: "Swami me siento mareado." Swami dijo: "¡Ven aquí!" Swami le pidió que cerrara los ojos y puso su cabeza en su regazo. 

Y entonces el anciano exhaló su último suspiro.

Swami se volvió hacia la anciana y le dijo: "Si tu quiere lo puedo traer de vuelta a la vida, pero una cosa, nadie ha tenido o tendrá tan buena fortuna de morir en el regazo de Dios. 

Depende de ti decidir. 

Ella respondió: si Swami le permitió permanecer con usted, no quiero que se pierda esta gran fortuna. 

Swami le dio una sonrisa de tranquilidad. Y así el anciano alcanzo "Moksha".

Our Divine Lord is the last refuge.

It happened in Kodaikanal, a student along with his grand parents was with Bhagawan along with other devotees. Swami was returning back from Kodaikanal to a devotee’s house for night stay. Swami asked the grandmother, “Will you let your husband go with you or remain with me?”. She replied, “We will abide by your decision Swami.”

After dinner, all the devotees went to the terrace for rest. Suddenly the grandfather said, “Swami I feel dizzy.” Swami said, “Come here!” Swami asked him to close his eyes and lay his head on His lap. And then the old man breathed his last.

Swami turned to the old lady and said, “If you want I can bring him back to life but one thing, no one ever had or will have such good fortune of dying on the lap of God. It is up to you to decide.” She replied, “Swami, let him remain with you, I don’t want him to miss such a great fortune. Swami gave her a smile of reassurance. And thus the old man attained ‘Moksha’.
