PENSAMIENTO DEL DIA – 2 DE OCTUBRE 2011

Gandhiji consideraba a la India como un solo país. Plantó la simiente de la unidad de todos los credos y todas las comunidades, la cual, bajo su guía, se desarrolló rápidamente en un gran árbol. Construyó un gran movimiento sobre la base del Atmabalam (fuerza del alma) que fortalecía la unidad y la confianza en uno mismo. Hubo mucho sufrimiento mientras avanzaba el movimiento libertario. Mas los sufrimientos son el preludio para el éxito. Sathyagraha es la senda de la Verdad y el Amor, de los medios que son tan puros como los fines. Aquel que acepta de buen grado la crítica y le agradece al crítico sus indicaciones, es el realmente humano. Puesto que Gandhi estaba dispuesto a aprender y contaba con la humildad para aceptar la crítica, pudo moldear a las gentes de esta tierra y ser aclamado como el Padre de la Nación.

Gandhiji looked upon India as one country. He planted the seed of unity of all faiths and all communities, which under his guidance grew quickly into a big tree. He built a great movement on the basis of Atmabalam (soul-force) that strengthened unity and self-confidence. There was a lot of suffering while the freedom movement was on. But sufferings are the prelude to success. Sathyagraha was the path of Truth and Love, of the means being as pure as the ends. He who accepts criticism gladly and thanks the critic for his remarks is the one really human. Since Gandhi was willing to learn and had the humility to acknowledge criticism, he could mould the people of his land and be hailed as the Father of the Nation.

Nunca den espacio para las malas cualidades como la ira, el odio y los celos. Estas cualidades crean diferencias solamente. Debemos desarrollar los cinco valores humanos que promuevan la armonía y la unidad en el mundo. Debemos desarrollar las cualidades que nos acercarán el uno al otro y no las que nos alejan a unos del otros. 
Dejar la carga de todas sus responsabilidades a Dios.

Leave the Burden of all your responsibilities to the Lord - Bhagawan


Never give room for evil qualities like anger, hatred and jealousy. These qualities will create only differences. We should develop these five human values which will promote harmony and unity in the world. We should develop those qualities which will bring us closer to each other and not the ones which take us away from each other. 

Leave the burden of all your responsibilities to God.
