PENSAMIENTO DEL DÍA – 12 DE OCTUBRE 2011

Dios está dentro de ustedes bajo la forma de consciencia. Sigan a su consciencia. Algunos no lo hacen debido a su apego al cuerpo. Están dotados con el precioso don del cuerpo con sus órganos sensoriales y miembros con el objeto de cumplir con sus deberes en el mundo. Sólo deben hacer Sathkarma (buenas acciones). Debieran hacer siempre cosas que sean aceptables para Dios. Del mismo modo en que la corriente eléctrica pasa por toda clase de artefactos de distintos tipos y tamaños, así también el Atma (Sí Mismo Divino) es común en todos los seres. Las estrellas son muchas, el cielo es uno; las vacas son de diversos colores, la leche es blanca; las joyas son muchas, el oro es uno; los seres son muchos, la respiración es una; los países son muchos, la tierra es una. Por lo tanto, comprendan al Uno en los muchos, la unidad en la diversidad.

God is within you in the form of conscience. Follow the conscience. Some do not do so because of bodily attachment. You are endowed with the precious gift of body with the sense organs and limbs in order to discharge your duties in the world. You have only to do Sathkarma (good deeds). You should always do things that are acceptable to God. Just as the same electric current passes through all electric gadgets of various types and sizes, so also Atma (Divine Self) is common in all beings. Stars are many, sky is one; cows are of many colours, milk is white; jewels are many, gold is one; beings are many, breath is one; countries are many, earth is one. Therefore, comprehend the One in many, the unity in diversity.

Sai Ram - maravilloso mensaje de Bhagavan


Mi sugerencia de hoy es la siguiente: del mismo modo que atienden a las necesidades del cuerpo, y lo alimentan tres veces al día, con el fin de mantenerlo en buenas condiciones, así también, pasen algún tiempo con regularidad todos los días para mantener su conciencia interna también en buenas condiciones.

Pasen una tiempo en la madrugada, al medio día y por la noche , el Brahmamuhurtha como se le llama, en Japam y meditación en el Señor.

Ustedes encontraran que una gran paz desciende sobre ustedes a medida que avanzan en este sadhana.

Después de algún tiempo, la mente se detendrá en el nombre en el que se involucren, en lo que son, y luego, la paz y la alegría serán sus compañeros inseparables.

My suggestion to you today is this: just as you attend to the needs of the body, feeding it three times a day, in order to keep it in good running condition, so too, spend some time regularly everyday to keep your inner consciousness also in good trim. Spend one hour in the morning, another at night and a third in the early hours of dawn, the Brahmamuhurtha as it is called, for Japam and meditation on the Lord. You will find great peace descending on you and great new sources of strength welling up within you as you progress in this Saadhana. After some time, the mind will dwell on the name, whatever you are and wherever you are engaged in; and then, peace and joy will be your inseparable companions.
