Si en una conversación emplean palabras que culpen a otros y les desprecien, la situación se desarrollará de manera en que ustedes llegarán a ser objeto de crítica. Su mente se agitará y sus objetivos de alcanzar progreso espiritual serán perturbados porque la atmósfera será impura. Por lo tanto, si realmente desean ser felices a través de las prácticas espirituales, como preliminar para el proceso deberán mantener ya sea conversaciones alegres o pensamientos y recuerdos felices. Una conversación dulce y suave les ayudará mucho. Deben cultivar un carácter así, porque el carácter le sobrevive al cuerpo. Las virtudes serán su fortaleza y su gloria. El carácter es poder. De modo que entrenen su mente y utilícenla para afianzar la meta de alcanzar la unicidad con Dios.

If in a conversation, you use words that blame others and despise them, then the situation will play out in such a manner where you will become the target of blame. Your mind will get agitated and your objectives of attaining spiritual progress will be disturbed because the atmosphere will be impure. Therefore, if you really wish to be happy through spiritual practices, as a preliminary to the process, you must be engaged either in joyful conversation or in happy thoughts or memories. Sweet and soft conversation will help you a great deal. You must cultivate such a character, for character outlasts the body. Virtues are your strength and glory. Character is power. So train your mind and use it to hold fast to the goal to achieve oneness with God.

Deben desarrolla un sentido de unidad con todo el mundo. Si tienen odio hacia alguien, se le odia al Señor mismo, que ustedes adoran. Es a causa de su ego inflado, que se toma acción en contra de otro, en el curso de la cual, el odio, los celos y la ira, surgen. Por lo tanto, la advertencia primarias indicada en el Gita, dice: " no muestren odio hacia ningun ser ".

Love each and everyone in this World 

" For a true devotee there should be no evil traits such as hatred, jealousy, anger or greed. These are the main obstacles to devotion which enter your being. You must develop a sense of unity with everyone. If you develop hatred towards anyone, you will be hating the very Lord whom you worship. It is because of your inflated ego that you take action against another, in the course of which, hatred, jealousy and anger arise. Therefore, the primary warning given in the Gita says, "Show no hatred towards any being".
