PENSAMIENTO DEL DIA – 25 DE AGOSTO 2011

En el recipiente de tu corazón está el pabilo de tu Jiva (mente). Ese pabilo ha estado sumergido todos estos días en el agua de los deseos sensoriales. Por ello, no eres capaz de encender la lámpara de la sabiduría. Vacia toda el agua de los deseos del recipiente de tu corazón y llénalo con el Namasmarana (repetición del Nombre) de Dios. Toma el pabilo del Jiva y sécalo a la luz del sol del Vairagya (desapego). Después que se haya secado toda el agua de los deseos en él, llena tu corazón con el aceite llamado Bhakti (devoción) o el Namasmarana. Entonces podrás encender el Jyothi o la lámpara de la sabiduría en tu corazón.

In the vessel of your heart, there is the wick of your Jiva (mind). That wick has been immersed all these days in the water of sensuous desires. Therefore, you are not able to light the lamp of wisdom. Pour out all the water of desires from the vessel of your heart, and fill it with Namasmarana of God. Take the wick of Jiva (mind) and dry it in the sunshine of Vairagya (detachment). After you squeeze out of it all the water present in the form of your desires from the wick of Jiva, fill your heart with the oil called devotion or Namasmarana (chanting the Lord’s name). Then you will be able to light the Jyothi or lamp of wisdom in your heart.

Una eterna pregunta - ¿dónde está Dios, dónde está la divinidad?


"¿Cómo puedo tener la visión de Dios?" Uno nunca tiene que buscar a Dios. Donde quiera que miren, allí está. Él está allí en cada objeto en este mundo y más allá también.
Ustedes no son capaces de verlo, porque están cubiertos por las apariencias externas. Todo lo que ven, no es sino la manifestación de Dios. De hecho, en usted está Dios. Por lo tanto, los Vedas exhorta al hombre a desarrollar la fe de que "Yo soy Dios y Dios no es otro que yo mismo." Los nombres y formas son muchos, pero Dios es uno. Esa unidad en la Divinidad ha de ser realizada. Siempre sean conscientes de que la Divinidad está en ti, entonces todo el mundo será feliz en todo momento.

The Eternal Question - where is God, where is the Divine?.


"How can I have the vision of God?" One Never ever Needs to search for God. Wherever you see, He is there. He is there in each and every object in this World and also Beyond.

Everyone of you are unable to see Him because all of you are covered by external appearances. Whatever you see, whatever you experience is but the manifestation of God. In fact, you are God yourself. Hence, the Veda exhorts man to develop faith that "I am God and God is none other than myself." Names and forms are many, but God is one. Such unity in Divinity has to be realised. Realise always that the Divine is in you, then everyone will be happy at all times.
