Tu amor a Dios debe ser firme e invariable, inconmovible ante las pruebas, tribulaciones y vicisitudes de la vida. Los Pandavas son ejemplos supremos de amor inquebrantable a Krishna. Cuando Draupadi fue humillada en el salón de Duryodhana, cuando Abhimanyu fue atacado y muerto por los Kauravas, cuando Aswathama masacró a los Upa-pandavas (los hijos de los Pandavas), o cuando llevaron a cabo el glorioso sacrificio Rajasuya, en el cenit de su poderío, o cuando estuvieron exiliados en la selva, sin sucumbir a las dificultades ni problemas a los que estaban sujetos, ellos adhirieron firmemente al nombre de Krishna, con inquebrantable fe en Él. Sólo se apoyaron en el amor de Krishna. Las dificultades y problemas son nubes pasajeras, que vienen y se van. ¿Acaso recuerdas a todos los familiares que tuviste en tus vidas previas? La única relación que permanece invariable es la que existe con Dios. Apégate a Él. [Discurso Divino, 9 de octubre de 1989]
Your love for God should be firm and unchanging, unaffected by trials and tribulations and the vicissitudes of life. Pandavas are supreme examples of unwavering love for Krishna. When Draupadi was being humiliated in Duryodhana's assembly hall, when Abhimanyu was attacked and slain by the Kauravas, when Aswathama massacred the Upa-pandavas (Pandavas’ children), or when they performed the glorious Rajasuya sacrifice at the height of their power, or when they were in exile in the forest, without succumbing to the difficulties and troubles they were subjected to, they adhered firmly to the name of Krishna, with unwavering faith in Him. They relied only on Krishna's love. Difficulties and troubles are passing clouds which come and go. Do you remember all the kith and kin from your previous lives? The only relationship that remains unchanged is the one with God. Attach yourself to Him. [Divine Discourse, 9 Oct 1989]
