No tiene sentido hablar suavemente, si no hay suavidad en tu corazón. Dulzura en el habla y amargura en el corazón no son las cualidades de un ser humano. Debe haber dulzura de pensamiento, palabra y acción. Este es el verdadero signo del ser humano. Los humanos son considerados sumamente sagrados porque tienen la singular cualidad del amor. Dios encarna en forma humana tan sólo para difundir el mensaje del amor. Una vez que tengas amor en el corazón, podrás conquistar al mundo entero. Hay amor en ti, pero no puedes expresarlo de manera adecuada. Cultiva un espíritu de hermandad. Incluso cuando pases cerca de tu acérrimo rival, salúdalo como a un hermano, y háblale con amor. Cuando te dirijas a él como hermano, su corazón se derretirá, y el odio desaparecerá de inmediato. Por eso, llena de amor tu vida. En este mundo, nada supera al amor. There is no point in talking sweetly if there is no sweetness in your heart. Sweetness in speech and bitterness in heart is not the quality of a human being. There should be sweetness in your thought, word and deed. This is the true sign of a human being. Human beings are considered most sacred because they have the unique quality of love in them. God incarnates in human form only to spread the message of love. Once you have love in your heart, you can conquer the whole world. There is love in you, but you are not able to express it in the proper way. Develop the spirit of brotherhood. Even when you come across your bitter rival, address him as brother and talk to him with love. When you address him as brother, his heart will melt and hatred will disappear at once. Hence fill your life with love. Nothing is superior to love in this world. (Divine Discourse, 17 Oct 2003)
