Cumple siempre tus tareas con rostro agradable y sonriente. No tiene objeto poner "cara de aceite de ricino". La felicidad es la unión con Dios. Esa es la verdadera divinidad. Cuando te enfrentas a situaciones difíciles no te disgustes ni estés constantemente preocupado pensando "Dios mío, ¿cómo resuelvo esta situación?". Esa preocupación sólo empeorará la situación. Deposita tu fe en Dios. Piensa que las dificultades son oportunidades para tu progreso. Si cultivas esta actitud, tu vida será santificada. Quien haga Namasmarana, cualquiera sea el nombre que escoja, y dondequiera se encuentre, verá su vida santificada. Quedará libre de pecado. No te preocupes ni te detengas demasiado en raga y tala (melodía y ritmo). Hay solo un raga, que es Hridayaraga (la melodía de tu propio corazón). Se trata de "So ... ham" ("Yo soy yo"). Afina tu vida en el tono de Él. Luego, cualquier actividad que emprendas será un éxito.
Always attend to your duties with a pleasant and smiling face. There is no use putting a ‘castor oil face’. Happiness is union with God. That is real Divinity. When you are confronted with difficult situations do not get upset and constantly worry thinking, “Oh My! How do I cross this situation?”. Such worry will only worsen the situation. Repose your faith in God. Think that difficulties are opportunities for your advancement. If you develop this attitude, your life will be sanctified.
