PENSAMIENTO DEL DIA – 28 DE JUNIO 2011


Su actitud hacia Dios no debiera depender de agrados ni desagrados. Hay algunos devotos que adoran a Dios con devoción por algún tiempo. Luego se vuelven en contra de Dios. La razón para estos cambios de actitud debe buscarse en las expectativas que tengan de Dios. Cuando sienten que sus plegarias han sido respondidas y que sus deseos han sido satisfechos, Le adoran. Mas cuando sus aspiraciones no se cumplen, denostan a Dios con toda clase de palabras. Este tipo de devoción se basa en el interés propio y no tiene nada de divino. Uno no debiera culpar a Dios por sus dificultades. Una devoción pura no se verá afectada por cambios en las circunstancias o la fortuna. El amor verdadero no se basa en condiciones. Es igual en la alegría y el dolor y no es afectado por las fluctuaciones de la suerte.

Your attitude to God should not be dependent on likes and dislikes. There are some devotees who worship God with devotion for some time. Then they turn against God. The reasons for these changes in attitude are traceable to their expectations from God. When they feel that their prayers are being answered and their desires are being fulfilled, they adore Him. But when their wishes are not fulfilled, they revile God in all sorts of words. This kind of devotion is based on self-interest and has nothing divine about it. One should not blame God for one’s difficulties. Pure devotion will not be affected by changes in circumstances or fortunes. True love is not based on any conditions. It is equal in joy and pain and is not affected by fluctuations in fortune.

Darshan actualización

Nuestro Divino Señor es el último refugio.

Sucedió en Kodaikanal, un estudiante, junto con sus abuelos fueron con Bhagavan, junto con otros devotos. 

Swami estaba regresando ha Kodaikanal, a la casa de un devoto en la primera noche. 

Swami le preguntó a la abuela, "¿Quieres que tu marido te acompañe o permanezca conmigo?". 

Ella respondió: "Vamos a cumplir con la decisión de Swami ."

Después de la cena, todos los devotos fueron a la terraza para el descanso. 

De repente, el abuelo dijo: "Swami me siento mareado." Swami dijo: "¡Ven aquí!" Swami le pidió que cerrara los ojos y puso su cabeza en su regazo. 

Y entonces el anciano exhaló su último suspiro.

Swami se volvió hacia la anciana y le dijo: "Si tu quiere lo puedo traer de vuelta a la vida, pero una cosa, nadie ha tenido o tendrá tan buena fortuna de morir en el regazo de Dios. 

Depende de usted decidir. 

Ella respondió: si Swami le permitió permanecer con usted, no quiero que se pierda esta gran fortuna. 

Swami le dio una sonrisa de tranquilidad. Y así el anciano alcanzo "Moksha".

Our Divine Lord is the last refuge.

It happened in Kodaikanal, a student along with his grand parents was with Bhagawan along with other devotees. Swami was returning back from Kodaikanal to a devotee’s house for night stay. Swami asked the grandmother, “Will you let your husband go with you or remain with me?”. She replied, “We will abide by your decision Swami.”

After dinner, all the devotees went to the terrace for rest. Suddenly the grandfather said, “Swami I feel dizzy.” Swami said, “Come here!” Swami asked him to close his eyes and lay his head on His lap. And then the old man breathed his last.

Swami turned to the old lady and said, “If you want I can bring him back to life but one thing, no one ever had or will have such good fortune of dying on the lap of God. It is up to you to decide.” She replied, “Swami, let him remain with you, I don’t want him to miss such a great fortune. Swami gave her a smile of reassurance. And thus the old man attained ‘Moksha’.
