MENSAJE DEL DIA 24 de febrero de 2015 Mensaje de la Pizarra de Prashanti Nilayam OM SRI SAI RAM Debemos entender claramente el significado de "muerte" e "inmortalidad". Consideramos a la muerte como sinónimo de la pérdida de todo tipo de fuerza en el cuerpo. En otras palabras, la muerte es la retirada de la fuerza vital del cuerpo. Si la fuerza vital permaneciera para siempre en el cuerpo, consideraríamos a esa situación como la inmortalidad. Esto es incorrecto. La verdadera inmortalidad es identificarse completamente con el aspecto de Dios, y olvidar completamente el aspecto del cuerpo. Si estamos todo el tiempo inmersos totalmente en el pensamiento del cuerpo y su comodidad, olvidando el aspecto del Atma, eso es la muerte. Brotará en nosotros el sagrado deseo de asegurarnos la inmortalidad, solo cuando podamos reconocer claramente la conexión entre el nacimiento y la muerte. Hay nacimiento y muerte para el cuerpo, pero no hay nacimiento ni muerte para el Atma. Ser capaces de comprender esta eternidad del Atma es el verdadero significado de lograr la inmortalidad. If the life force remains in the body forever, we regard that situation as immortality. This is incorrect. To be able to completely identify oneself with the aspect of God and completely forget the aspect of the body is true immortality. If at all times we are totally immersed only in the thought of the body and its comforts, and forget the aspect of Atma, that is death. It is only when we are able to clearly recognise the connection between birth and death that the sacred desire for securing immortality will sprout in us. There is birth and death for the body, but there is no birth or death for the Atma. To be able to understand this eternity of the Atma is the real meaning of attaining immortality.
