La meditación debe observarse rigurosamente. De hecho, Dhyana (meditación) significa "disciplina" y la regularidad y la constancia son herramientas esenciales para ella. El Señor Krishna afirmó, "Cuando comienzan a fijar sus pensamientos en Mí, todos los pensamientos que les agiten serán aquietados por Mi gracia." La meditación es una cura de primera clase para la dolencia de la existencia mundana (Bhava-roga). Mas, junto con ella tomen también el medicamento del "contento". Así como un viajero que ha marchado larga y penosamente bajo un sol inclemente se siente renovado cuando toma un baño en las aguas de una fresca y sombreada laguna, también el infortunado individuo que lucha en medio del ardiente calor de los deseos, se siente feliz y aliviado cuando se baña en el lago del contentamiento. Mediten regularmente y practiquen el contento en su mente, todo el que se atenga rigurosamente a esto alcanzará rápidos resultados.

Meditation must be followed rigorously. In fact Dhyana (Meditation) means “discipline” and, regularity and steadiness are the essential tools for it. Lord Krishna assured, “When you start fixing your thoughts on Me, all thoughts that agitate you will be stilled through My grace.” Meditation is a first class cure for the illness of worldly existence (Bhava-roga). But along with it, also take the medicine “contentment”. Just as a traveller who has trudged along for miles in the scorching sun feels refreshed when taking bath in the waters of a cool and shady lake, so too the unfortunate individual struggling in the scorching heat of desires, feels happy and relieved when bathing in the lake of contentment. Meditate regularly and practice contentment in your mind; anyone who follows this rigorously will achieve quick results.

Cuando describimos el Purusha como Sahasraksha, lo que queremos decir es que nosotros adoramos el concepto de que el Señor tiene miles de ojos.
También lo describen como "Sahasrapad 'o uno que tiene mil pies. ¿Qué es lo que queremos decir por describir a Dios como alguien que tiene mil ojos, mil pies y mil cabezas y qué beneficio se obtiene mediante la descripción de él de esta manera?

Sai Ram - Sahasraksha and Sahasrapad
When we describe the Purusha as Sahasraksha what we mean is that we worship the concept that the Lord has thousands of eyes. In accordance with the authority of the Vedas, the inner meaning of this is that all the energy and effulgence that comes out from the eyes of the various people or the totality of that energy represents Paramathma.
