Los seres humanos están llenos de amor (prema). Sus corazones son fuentes de misericordia. Están dotados con el don del lenguaje verdadero. La característica de la mente humana es la paz, que es la cualidad innata de la misma. No busquen la paz afuera. Así como el oro y la plata yacen ocultos bajo la tierra, y la perla y el coral bajo el mar, la paz y el gozo están ocultos en las actividades de la mente. Si desean adquirir estos tesoros escondidos, sumérjanse profundo y vuelvan su actividad mental hacia su interior; y se llenarán de amor. Solo alguien que se ha llenado de esta manera de amor y vive en la luz de ese amor, merece ser llamado humano. Quienes están desprovistos de amor son demonios y monstruos. Dentro de cada hombre está siempre presente la sagrada cualidad del amor, sin ningún cambio. Es una e indivisible. Los que están saturados de amor son incapaces de rencor, egoísmo, injusticia, maldad y mala conducta. (Prema Vahini, Cap.47)
Humans are full of love (prema). Their hearts are springs of mercy. They are endowed with true speech. Peace is the characteristic of the mind of humans. It is the innate quality of the mind. Do not search for peace outside. Just as gold and silver lie hidden under the earth, and pearl and coral under the sea, peace and joy lie hidden in the activities of the mind. If you desire to acquire these hidden treasures, dive deep and turn your mental activities inward, you will become full of love. Only one who has so filled themselves with love and who lives in the light of that love deserves to be called human. Those devoid of love are demons and monsters. Within every man, the holy quality of love is ever present, without change. It is one and indivisible. Those saturated with love are incapable of spite, selfishness, injustice, wrong, and misconduct.
