La culminación de la vida consiste en la realización del Atma-sakshathkara (Sí Mismo Divino). Para llegar a esta realización uno debiera estar enteramente libre de Vasanas (tendencias). El Moksha (liberación) es, en el verdadero sentido del término, la libertad de la sumisión a estos impulsos. Estas tendencias son de dos tipos, beneficiosas y maléfic ...as. Las beneficiosas están saturadas de santidad; las maléficas alimentan a la mente y la hacen cada vez más incontrolable e inestable; esparcen y fortalecen el deseo por placeres concretos. Si los Shubha Vasanas (impulsos benéficos) se estimulan y cultivan, no seguirán multiplicándose y conteniendo indefinidamente a la mente, se vuelven como semillas fritas que no brotan. Si se apegan a los impulsos benéficos, podrán adquirir fácilmente el conocimiento de lo Divino. Ejemplos de los impulsos benéficos son resultados de actividades tales como la asociación con Mahatmas (grandes almas), la reverencia a los grandes, conversaciones con ellos, el seguir sus consejos y la práctica de la caridad, la fortaleza, el amor, la paciencia, la verdad, el coraje, la continencia, la no violencia etc.

The fulfilment of life consists in the realization of the Atma-sakshathkara (Divine Self). To get this realization, one should be entirely free from the Vasanas (impulses). Moksha (Liberation) is, in the true sense of the term, freedom from the bondage of these impulses. These tendencies are of two types: beneficent and maleficent. The beneficent tend ...encies are saturated with holiness; the maleficent ones feed the mind and make it more and more uncontrollable and unsteady; they spread and strengthen the desire for objective pleasure. If the Shubha Vasanas (beneficent impulses) are encouraged and cultivated, they will not go on multiplying and binding the mind indefinitely; they become like fried seeds, which will not sprout. If you stick to the beneficent impulses, you can easily acquire knowledge of the Divine. Illustrations of beneficent impulses are a result of activities such as association with Mahatmas (great souls), reverence for the great, conversation with them, following their advice and practicing charity, fortitude, love, patience, truth, courage, continence, non-violence, etc.

¿Qué ofrecer al Señor Vinayaka en el Día de Ganesha Chaturthi?
"¿Qué es lo que tiene que ofrecer a Vinayaka en Vinayaka Chaturthi? Hoy en día, la gente gasta mucho dinero en la ofrenda de diversas frutas y preparaciones a Dios. Todas las ofrendas se hacen sólo como un ritual. En última instancia, la gente los consume. No existe un beneficio de hacer estas ofrendas.
La gente toma el festival Vighneshwara como un asunto de rutina. Pero Vighneshwara encarna todas las formas y todos los poderes de todas las deidades. No es suficiente adorar a Ganesha una vez al año. Debemos adorarlo siempre .. Tenemos que pensar en Dios en cada momento de nuestras vidas "

¿Qué ofrecer al Señor Vinayaka en el Día de Ganesha Chaturthi?
"¿Qué es lo que tiene que ofrecer a Vinayaka en Vinayaka Chaturthi? Hoy en día, la gente gasta mucho dinero en la ofrenda de diversas frutas y preparaciones a Dios. Todas las ofrendas se hacen sólo como un ritual. En última instancia, la gente los consume. No existe un beneficio de hacer estas ofrendas.
Patram, Pushpam. Phalam, Toyam - estas son las cuatro cosas que usted debe ofrecer a Dios. Aquí PATRAM (hojas) significa el cuerpo. Este puede extinguirse en cualquier momento. Así que nunca desarrollen apego hacia el cuerpo, ofrezcanselo a Dios.
Pushpam (flor) significa Hridaya, la flor que nunca se desvanecerá.
La mente se puede comparar con Phalam (frutas ) y Toyam (agua) es sinónimo de lágrimas de alegría .. Todo esto se debe ofrecer a DIOS. Esta es la ofrenda que Dios espera.
