El contentamiento es una cualidad Sathwica (pura); no les transformará en un ocioso – ¡en absoluto! Por el contrario, permitirá que la mente avance hacia el Señor y concederá paz. También refrenará las actividades no esenciales que tengan como finalidad el lucro propio. Al sentirse contento, el aspirante puede ignorar los peligros y las dificultades de la senda. El aspirante tratará todo lo impermanente en esta vida como veneno y lo descartará. A través del contento se desarrollan el discernimiento, la renunciación y el espíritu de indagación. Una persona contenta será plenamente Sathwica y llevará una vida interior en comunión con el Atma. Podrá llevar a cabo cualquier trabajo sin descanso y sin quejarse. La mente, que oscila en muchas direcciones, consigue un objetivo único. El contento otorga el entusiasmo y vigor necesarios para transitar por la senda que conduce al Sakshathkara (realización de Dios).

Contentment is a Sathwic (pure) quality; it will not transform you into an idler - no, not at all! Instead, it will permit the mind to progress towards the Lord, and it will grant peace. It will also curb unessential activities that have profit for oneself as the aim. Contented, the aspirant can ignore the dangers and difficulties of the path. The aspirant treats all the impermanent things of this life as poison and discards them. Discrimination, renunciation, and the spirit of inquiry develop through contentment. The contented person will be fully Sathwic and will lead an inner life, in communion with the Atma. That person can do any work without rest and without complaint. The mind, which sways in many directions, gets a single aim. Contentment gives the enthusiasm and vigour necessary for treading the path that leads to Sakshathkara (realization of God).

Dios puede cambiar cualquier cosa en este mundo - Bhagavan
Swami dijo una vez lo siguiente a una pregunta de Shri.Anil Kumar:
La gracia de Dios y la voluntad de Dios puede cambiar todo. Dios es amor. Su infinita compasión le hace cambiar su Prarabdhkarma o los efectos kármicos de sus vidas pasadas. Un devoto puede mantener a Dios en la cárcel de su corazón.
En este mundo, no hay nada que no se puede lograr con devoción. La gracia de Dios puede cancelar todos sus efectos kármicos o los efectos de su vidas pasadas. Ninguna adversidad puede sucederte.
Un pequeño ejemplo. Usted ve muchos medicamentos a la venta en la farmacia, en cada uno de los medicamentos encontrara la fecha de fabricación y la de caducidad. El medicamento no sirve para actuar con eficiencia, después la fecha de expiración, se convierte en inútil.
Lo que Dios hace es exactamente lo mismo. Simplemente imprime a la botella de medicina la fecha de caducidad, la cancelación de su prarabdhakarma el sufrimiento, que está pasando en esta vida. En ese mismo momento termina su sufrimiento.

What God does is exactly the same thing. He simply stamps on the medicine bottle the date of expiry cancelling your prarabdhakarma the suffering you are going through in this life. Right then your suffering ends.
